*Event will be held at the ACE Arena aka "Andrews County Expo" located at 1441 E. St. Hwy 176, Andrews, TX 79714

*Pre-Entries are REQUIRED for the weekend which must be postmarked by February 15, 2018 in order to avoid the late fee. We will be more than happy to accept your entry on-site with correct fee(s).

*Exhibitions and riding slots are on 1st come 1st serve basis the day of the race - Absolutely no call-ins or special requests

*Absolutely NO Leadlines allowed. All riders in each class must have the ability to ride unassisted.

*Horses must enter and exit the arena in the same manner or receive a NO time!

*Friday Night 2D Rodeo Run - limited to the first 75 runners to enter

*Saturday & Sunday - Classes will be equal payout; prizes will be given throughout the day!

*CONTINUED for 2018 - 5D Open on Sunday is for those riders who placed in the top 20 of each "D" on Saturday in the 5D Open. Those riders will have 1 hour from the time Saturday's results are posted to enter for Sunday. After 1 hour, the books will be open for anyone who would like to run on Sunday with a maximum of 100 entries. There will be $1000.00 added to Sunday's race!

*5D Open Barrel Race Payouts will be 1/2 second splits with 80% of the entry fees paid out along with 100% of added money

*Youth classes are 3D format with full second splits, 80% of the entry fees as well as 100% added money

*NO Refunds unless a letter from a veterinarian is receved by Thursday, March 1st, 2018

*Dress Code is REQUIRED for all riders! Long-sleeved, collared, button-down shirt, cowboy hat, and boots. Riders who choose not to follow dress code will receive a NO TIME for their ride!

*$50.00 Returned check fee, check must be cleared within 15 days; WUAC reserves the right to refuse check acceptance from contestants with prior returned checks.

*A NO TIME will be given for circling in alley way, for a broken pattern, knocking a barrel down, or running out of order.

*Riders in the top 20 invited to run on Saturday must ride the SAME horse she qualified on Saturday, NO HORSE SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED. If you choose to ride a different horse, you may forfeit your top 20 spot and wait to enter the "first come first serve of the spots remaining after the 1 hour registration time frame for the top 20 riders.

*Given the spirit of the race, Sportsmanship and Integrity are critical. Please refrain from becoming unruly and baligerant. Organizers may request violators to vacate the premisis in the event of an altercation.

*Once the draw has been posted, there will be no changes allowed

*Proof of negative Coggins test is required for all horses on the premisis during the weekend.

*Pre-Draw will be posted on February 25, 2018, after 5 pm.

*Late Draw will be posted after runner #100 in the Open on Saturday

*Dog Races will be held after the 50th runner during the big drag. (small, medium & large)

*Live Auction will be held after the 100th runner, during the big drag

*Silent Auction will be held Saturday, 10:00am - 4:00pm ONLY!
